Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with strong knowledge of clinical and laboratory recruitment for the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions.
- Source and recruit Lab Supervisors, Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT), Medical Assistants, and Phlebotomists.
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, referrals, and other job portals to source qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
- Verify relevant healthcare experience, certifications, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with account managers and hiring teams to ensure timely submissions and closures.

Required Skills:





- 3–5 years of hands-on US Healthcare Recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for clinical, diagnostic laboratory, and allied healthcare roles.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare certifications and credentialing requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work US night shifts from the Hyderabad office.
