Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly and provide accurate information.
- Resolve queries and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain records and update information in the system.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Perform data entry and update records accurately in internal systems.
- Verify, review, and process information according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines while maintaining accuracy.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate can apply (No B.Tech/B.E)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working night shifts from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a process-driven B2B environment.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
