Experience: 4–12+ years post CA

Preferred Background:

- Big 4 / Consulting firms
- Financial Services Assurance / Accounting Advisory teams
- BFSI sector experience

Open Positions:

Assistant Manager – 4 to 6 years post ( CA experience 1year mandatory )

- Ind AS implementation/audit experience
- Financial statement preparation/review
- Basic IFRS exposure
- ECL / IFRS 9 exposure preferred
- Head Accounting

Deputy Manager – 6 to 9 years post ( CA experience 3years Mandatory )

- Robust BFSI audit background
- Ind AS 109 / IFRS 9 expertise
- ECL testing/advisory experience
- Hedge accounting exposure
- SOX / ICFR knowledge
- Team handling experience
- Head Accounting

Manager – 9 to 12+ years post ( CA experience 5years Mandatory )

- Big 4 / Consulting experience preferred




- Leading Banking/NBFC/Fintech engagements
- Technical accounting papers and advisory experience
- Client discussions and team management
- Head Accounting

- Key Skills Required:

- Chartered Accountant qualification (Mandatory)
- Ind AS implementation and financial reporting
- IFRS knowledge and Ind AS vs IFRS differences
- Banking/NBFC/Fintech audit experience
- Technical accounting research and documentation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Background:

- Big 4 / Consulting firms
- Financial Services Assurance / Accounting Advisory teams
