Proper utilization of resource allocation, costing and utilization in hospital operations. Manage hospital services & operations with key focus on bottom line profitability & customer satisfaction by optimal utilization of resources as well as handholding of partners & other key stakeholders.
- Hands on experience in overall management, supervision and implementation of health programs; possess diagnostic / decision-making / problem solving & people management skills.
- Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organization community profile
