Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MCM/M.Tech/MBA
- Experience: 3 – 5 years as a UI or Front-End Developer, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience building production React applications

Key Technical Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, or React Query
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end code with .NET Core backends
- Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
- Debugging skills using browser developer tools

Key Soft Skills Required





- Good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
- Good with MS Office: prepare documents, Excel reports, and presentations
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and good team player

Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for ERP Software using React
- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into reusable, maintainable components
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver complete features
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to developing new features and functionality for our ERP Software
