Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a UI/UX, Graphic Design & Video Editing Faculty/Trainer based in Surat.

The role involves delivering training in UI/UX design, graphic design, and video editing, covering both foundational and advanced concepts. Responsibilities include:

- Teaching design principles, user experience strategies, and visual storytelling
- Guiding students in mockups, wireframes, prototypes, branding, and motion/video content




- Training on tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Developing structured curriculum and practical assignments
- Engaging students in live projects to build real-world skills
- Providing mentorship in portfolio development and creative thinking
- Supporting basic understanding of front-end design implementation (UI perspective)

Qualifications

- Proficiency in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, and Video Editing tools
- Strong knowledge of mockups, visual design, prototyping, and motion graphics
- Expertise in User Experience (UX) principles and design thinking
- Understanding of video editing, storytelling, transitions, and animation
- Basic knowledge of front-end development concepts (UI implementation awareness)
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Experience in handling live projects or client-based work (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student growth
