About RASAM.AI and TEDDY

RASAM.AI TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is an AI product company building intelligent, user-centric solutions to real-world problems.

Our first product, TEDDY , is an AI companion designed to deliver a more personal, interactive, and engaging experience through conversational AI, persistent context, thoughtful design, and immersive interactions. We're looking for a creative, hands-on intern who can combine UI/UX design, frontend development, and interactive 3D to help bring TEDDY to life.

What You'll Work On

- Design intuitive, visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create expressive 3D character animations, interactive scenes, transitions, and micro-interactions.
- Integrate animated 3D elements into React.js and React Native applications.
- Experiment with character rendering, gestures, lighting, materials, and interactive environments.
- Build polished, responsive interfaces with smooth animations and consistent design systems.
- Turn creative concepts and prototypes into functional product experiences.
- Optimise 3D assets, animations, and rendering performance across devices.
- Collaborate with the team using Git and GitHub.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual design, user flows, and interaction design.
- Experience with React.js and/or React Native.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and responsive, component-based UI development.
- Hands-on experience with 3D animation or interactive 3D experiences.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and team-oriented development workflows.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, design ability, and practical implementation.





Technologies of Interest Experience with one or more of the following is valuable:
- Three.js and React Three Fiber (R3F)
- Spline for interactive 3D scenes
- React Three Drei
- Blender for 3D modelling and animation
- Rive or Lottie for character animation and UI motion
- React Native 3D integrations

You don't need to know every tool. We value the ability to experiment, learn quickly, and turn ideas into working product experiences. Who Should Apply?

How We Evaluate Candidates Your projects will be the primary basis for evaluation. We value practical implementation, interactive 3D experience, UI/UX quality, React development, code quality, and problem-solving.

Personal projects, prototypes, and experimental builds are welcome. Projects showcasing interactive 3D integrated into a real web or mobile application will be especially valued.
