Role Overview

We are establishing a surveillance drone manufacturing and engineering division focused initially on assembly, system integration, testing and product development, with a roadmap towards indigenous UAV design and manufacturing.

We are looking for an experienced UAV Engineer who can lead technical development from system architecture and component selection to prototype integration, validation and manufacturing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical development of surveillance UAV platforms.
- Develop system architecture, engineering specifications, BOMs and integration plans.
- Integrate airframes, motors, ESCs, batteries, flight controllers, GNSS, cameras, telemetry and ground-control systems.
- Coordinate mechanical design, embedded electronics, firmware configuration and software integration.
- Establish prototype testing, quality-control and product documentation procedures.
- Conduct failure analysis and manage engineering revisions.
- Evaluate suppliers, component availability, reliability and product costs.
- Support regulatory compliance, certification planning and customer technical demonstrations.




- Develop a phased roadmap for indigenous product design and scalable manufacturing.

Required Qualifications
- Degree or relevant qualification in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Robotics or a related field.
- Preferably 5–10 years of relevant UAV development, integration or product-engineering experience.
- Demonstrable experience delivering a functional UAV product or prototype.
- Practical understanding of CAD, electronics, embedded systems, flight-control integration, testing and technical documentation.
- Robust project-management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Experience
- Commercial surveillance UAVs, industrial UAVs or long-endurance platforms.
- Production engineering, supplier development and quality assurance.
- Camera integration, ground-control software and secure data management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
