Your work profile:

- We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- The candidate will be responsible for business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules:
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting,

- Configure and support SAP CO modules:
- - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Support integration with SD, MM, PP, PS,



and other SAP modules.
- Execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Support migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

- Provide end-user training and documentation.

Key skills required:

- 9+ years of SAP FICO implementation/support experience.
- At least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Experience in global rollout or support projects is preferred.

- Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Expertise in Financial Closing and Reporting processes.
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Banking, Costing, and COPA.

- Knowledge of integration points with SAP SD, MM, PP, and PS.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance preferred.
- Experience in data migration and testing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP FICO Certification is preferred.

- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an added advantage.
