ABOUT THE ROLE

Great teams are built by great training. As our Training Coordinator Intern, you will keep our learning programs running smoothly for teams serving the UK and US markets. You will plan sessions, track progress, work with stakeholders and use data to show what is working. You will report directly to the Training & Development lead and learn how training operates at a global scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan training sessions and keep schedules organized
- Track attendance, completion and progress across programs
- Coordinate with trainers and stakeholders to ensure on-time learning delivery
- Follow up on assigned tasks and see them through to closure
- Pull, clean and summarize training data in Excel and turn it into explicit reports
- Maintain trackers,



records and documentation that the team can rely on

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must-haves
- Recent graduate, any stream and any graduation year
- Excel skills: VLOOKUP, data pulling, filters and pivot tables
- Analytical thinking: ability to look at data and understand what it means
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Comfortable working 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday
- Own laptop and a stable internet connection

Good to have
- Exposure to training coordination, HR or operations support
- Familiarity with MS Teams, PowerPoint, an LMS or tracker tools
