- About the Role

- We are seeking a proactive and skilled Trainer to help build and continuously improve training programs for our Sales Team, Customer Support Team, and Customers.

- The ideal candidate will learn our business, products, services, processes, and tools, and convert that knowledge into high-quality training materials and engaging training sessions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, can quickly learn new topics independently, and effectively leverages AI tools to create professional-grade training content.

- This is a long-term remote contract opportunity with flexible working hours.

- Key Responsibilities

- Business &
- Product Understanding

- Develop a deep understanding of our business from the perspectives of:

- Sales teams

- Customer support teams

- Customers/end users

- Learn company products, services, workflows, applications, and internal tools through discussions with team members, available documentation, and independent research.

- Stay up to date with new products, services, features, and process changes.

- Training Content Development

- Create and maintain training materials for:

- Sales teams

- Customer support teams

- Customers/end users

- Develop professional and easy-to-understand:

- Presentations

- SOPs

- Process guides

- Training manuals

- Onboarding materials

- Ensure all training materials remain accurate, relevant, and current.

- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms to create professional-grade learning content efficiently.

- Training Delivery





- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for staff and new join.

- Facilitate approximately one structured training session per week (around 2 hours).

- Evaluate learner understanding and continuously improve training effectiveness.

- Sales Pitch Analysis for better training content

- Review sales calls, sales scripts, and sales pitches used by existing agents.

- Identify strengths, weaknesses, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Create multiple examples of effective sales pitches for different customer types and scenarios.

- Develop training modules covering:

- Sales communication

- Objection handling

- Consultative selling

- Rapport building

- Closing techniques

- Capture best practices from top-performing sales representatives and convert them into repeatable training content.

- Training course review

- Review existing internal and customer-facing training materials.

- Expected Weekly work

- Learning products, services, tools, and processes

- Creating and updating training materials

- Reviewing sales pitches and developing sales training content

- Conducting training sessions and follow-ups

- Reviews, feedback, and coordination

- Total: Approximately 10–20 hours per week

- Experience creating professional training materials and documentation.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Preferred

- Experience in corporate training, teaching, coaching, onboarding, or Learning &

- Development (L&D;).

- Experience training sales teams and customer support teams.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, customer support platforms, and SaaS-based businesses.

- Understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and customer communication best practices.
