We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled trainer to deliver hands-on training programs in Embedded Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, Drone Development, Mechatronics, and Sensor Integration.

The candidate should have strong programming knowledge, practical hardware experience, and the ability to train school students, undergraduate and postgraduate students, engineering graduates, and faculty members through real-time projects, laboratory sessions, and customized product development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver offline and online training sessions for schools, engineering colleges, polytechnic colleges, universities, and technical institutions.
- Design and deliver practical courses in Embedded Systems, IoT, Robotics, Drone Technology, and Mechatronics.
- Teach programming using Embedded C, C/C++, Python, Arduino IDE, and relevant development environments.
- Provide hands-on training with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, microcontrollers, development boards, and sensor modules.
- Demonstrate sensor interfacing, actuators, motor drivers, communication protocols, and hardware-software integration.
- Guide students in building robotic systems, automation solutions, IoT applications, and drone prototypes.
- Train learners in PCB prototyping, embedded firmware development, debugging, circuit testing, and hardware integration.
- Mentor students in mini-projects, final-year projects, capstone projects, and customized product development.
- Develop course materials, presentations, laboratory exercises, assignments, project documentation, and assessments.
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, faculty development programs, and industry-oriented technical training.




- Collaborate with academic institutions to identify training requirements and implement customized programs.
- Follow applicable electrical, laboratory, and drone safety requirements during practical sessions.

Required Technical Skills

Embedded Systems

- Microcontrollers, microprocessors, Embedded C and C++.
- Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and development boards.
- GPIO, PWM, ADC, UART, SPI, and I2C communication.
- Firmware development, debugging, interfacing, and testing.

Internet of Things (IoT)

- Sensors, actuators, and data acquisition.
- MQTT, HTTP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other relevant communication technologies.
- IoT dashboards, cloud connectivity, and real-time monitoring.

Robotics and Drone Development

- Robot assembly, motor control, robotic programming, and automation.
- DC motors, servo motors, stepper motors, motor drivers, and robotic sensors.
- Drone components, flight controllers, telemetry, simulation, and basic autonomous navigation.
- Practical knowledge of drone programming and safe prototyping.

Mechatronics and Product Development

- Sensor selection, actuator integration, and control systems.
- Electronic circuit design, PCB prototyping, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Mechanical-electronic integration and customized product development.
- Prototype testing,



validation, documentation, and demonstration.

Educational Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline.
- M.E./M.Tech or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical experience, project portfolios, and demonstrable training skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on knowledge of embedded hardware, programming, sensors, robotics, and IoT.
- Experience in delivering classroom training, laboratory sessions, workshops, or technical mentoring.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.
- Experience developing working prototypes and guiding student projects.
- Good communication, presentation, problem-solving, and classroom management skills.
- Willingness to travel to schools, colleges, and client locations when required.
