Floor Manager – McDonald’s |

- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSC&V;) standards.

- Lead and deploy crew members effectively to ensure smooth operations during peak and non-peak hours.

- Monitor food quality, product availability, service speed and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety standards.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure effective guest recovery.

- Control food waste, labour costs, cash handling and inventory during shifts.

- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve business targets.

- Train, coach and motivate crew members to improve productivity and operational performance.





- Conduct routine equipment checks, cleanliness inspections and preventive maintenance follow-ups.

- Complete shift reports, cash reconciliation, inventory records and operational checklists.

- Ensure adherence to McDonald’s policies, procedures and brand standards.

- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to improve business performance and team development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
