JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to customers, pharmacies and prospective buyers
- Explain approved product information
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders
- Follow up with customers and manage sales enquiries
- Maintain call logs and customer details in Excel or CRM
- Coordinate orders and delivery updates
- Achieve calling and sales targets
