Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Traffic Manager to oversee and coordinate the movement of goods, vehicles, and logistics operations in Raipur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth traffic flow, timely dispatches, and compliance with transport regulations while maintaining strong communication with drivers, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and monitor vehicle movements for efficient cargo delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet operators, and clients to ensure timely dispatch and arrival.
- Manage route planning, traffic clearances, and documentation for local and inter‑state transport.
- Supervise loading/unloading operations and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Track vehicle performance, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and provide quick solutions during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, expenses, and compliance reports.

- ✅ Tech‑savvy – comfortable using GPS, fleet management software, and MS Office tools.
- ✅ Integrity & reliability – trustworthy in handling documentation, expenses, and client commitments.
- ✅ Local expertise – solid knowledge of Raipur routes, highways, and logistics hubs.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in transport/logistics operations.
- Prior experience in traffic management or fleet coordination is an advantage.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, with performance‑based incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
