Key Responsibilities

- Master Planning & Land Optimization: Prepare and evaluate master plans for large land parcels and townships, optimizing land use mix, FSI utilization, density, and phasing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply DCPR, Regional Plans, and local planning regulations; liaison with government authorities for statutory approvals and clearances.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with architects, landscape, traffic, and infrastructure consultants to ensure seamless integration of circulation networks, utilities, and amenities.
- Development Feasibility: Support project feasibility studies, assess development potential and saleable areas, and prepare accurate area statements and land-use schedules.




- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Strategy, Design, Projects, Marketing, BD) and present concepts to the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8 to 15 years of solid experience in master planning of large land parcels (15-250+ acres), residential townships, mixed-use developments, and statutory liaison. Experience working with reputed developers or planning consultancies is a strong plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of DCPR, UDCPR, Town Planning regulations, and approval processes across PAN India.

- Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with GIS/QGIS and Adobe Suite is preferred

- Skills: Solid analytical, spatial, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
