We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused sales staff to join our Tour & Travels team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting travel packages, handling inquiries, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain tour packages, travel offers, and holiday destinations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate travel information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve booking and sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Assist customers with travel planning and package selection.
qualification.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or travel industry preferred.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Fluency in Malayalam & English,
