Job Summary

AstraViya Holidays is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tours and Travel Executive to manage travel bookings, plan tour packages, coordinate with travel service providers, and assist customers with their travel requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organize domestic and international tour packages.

- Handle flight, hotel, transportation, and other travel reservations.

- Prepare travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.

- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel partners.

- Assist customers with visa documentation and other travel formalities.

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Provide information about destinations, travel packages, pricing, and services.

- Manage booking confirmations,



cancellations, modifications, and payment follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate records of customer details, bookings, and travel arrangements.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support before and during travel.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of travel planning, tour packages, and reservations is an advantage.

- Good coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.

- Willingness to learn travel booking platforms and industry practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
