Location: Pune - Local Candidates Only, No Relocation

Experience: 6-10 Years | Mandatory Skill: Splunk AIOps

About The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Tools Engineer with expertise in Splunk AIOps, OpenTelemetry (OTEL), AWS Cloud, scripting, and Jenkins CI/CD. The role involves designing and supporting enterprise observability platforms, implementing telemetry solutions, automating operations, and enabling reliable monitoring across complex cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using Splunk
- Implement and manage OTEL instrumentation, collectors, and telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces
- Configure and optimize Splunk data ingestion, indexing, dashboards, alerts, and reports
- Develop automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting
- Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize observability platforms and AWS cloud environments




- Collaborate with application teams to define monitoring and operational requirements
- Automate deployment, configuration management, and operational workflows
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement
- Support production environments, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and performance

Required Skills and Experience:

- 6-10 years of relevant experience with robust hands-on expertise in Splunk AIOps
- Experience with OpenTelemetry instrumentation, collectors, and telemetry pipelines
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and cloud-native monitoring
- Proficiency in Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting
- Experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational automation skills

Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Pune. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
