Team Leader – HR Shared Services is an HR Operations role where the candidate manages a team responsible for employees' day-to-day HR requirements.

The person ensures that HR activities are completed accurately, on time, and as per company policies. They should be comfortable managing both HR operations and a team, along with using HRMS tools such as Darwinbox.

Employee lifecycle: Manage joining formalities, onboarding, employee records, HR letters, transfers, employee changes and exit formalities.

Team management: Lead the HR Operations team, allocate work, monitor performance and ensure timely delivery.

HRMS: Use systems such as Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM to manage employee data and HR workflows.

Employee queries: Resolve employee concerns, track pending cases and handle escalations.

MIS and reporting:



Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations on pending cases, turnaround time, team productivity and service quality.

Compliance and improvement: Maintain SOPs, support audits, ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities to automate manual work.

In one line: You need an HR Operations skilled who has hands-on HR Shared Services experience, has managed a team, and can run daily HR processes using HRMS and operational reports.

This is not primarily an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, or HR Transformation role. The main focus is HR service delivery and employee lifecycle operations.
