- Making Detail Planning for In-houses of Competitive HVAC Includes (HVAC availabilities, Space Tools required & complete the activity with first hand report).

- Teardown of given unit in System, Sub-system &
- Part level

- Preparing Detail Planning Teardown (Material availability, Space required & time completion with report)

- Identifying &

- Segregating Parts as per assembly &
- Capturing the Photography at various stages.

- Capturing data in teardown (Dimension, Weight, Material specification &

- Supplier make)

- Creating Bill of material for teardown parts at Assembly, Sub-assembly &





- Part level & same alignment with in-house Part level BOM.

- Proper storage of Parts after teardown for Further analysis.

- After completion activity report making, updating & finalization

- Working &

- Co-ordinating for VAVE ideas generation workshop (Competitive Teardown HVAC).

- Hands on Proto part added skills

- Hands on experiences on Scanning Assembly level, Sub-assembly &

- Part level

- Must have planning, Organising, Service tools handling &

- Co-ordination.
