Role & responsibilities

- Appoint and onboard recent distributors and dealers for modular switches, wires & switch gears
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned targets
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and basic merchandising
- Support distributors in territory coverage and dealer expansion
- Execute local promotions and sales schemes
- Track competitor activity and share market feedback
- Submit regular sales and market reports
- Should have local market experience (Chennai/ Pondicherry)

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience: 28 years in Modular Switches, Wires & Switch gear/Lighting / Inverters/ Batteries/Electrical sales

Skills: Channel development, communication, negotiation, willingness to travel
