About The Role: -

HEY CONCRETE is looking for smart, proactive sales professionals to develop business in the luxury

Interiors, architecture, premium building materials, and related manufacturing segments.

We welcome experienced candidates as well as capable freshers with strong communication skills

And the potential to grow in sales.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, and project clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop the assigned market.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Work towards sales targets and support business development activities.
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development.

Required Skills & Experience: -

- Experience in sales, business development, or territory sales is preferred.
- Experience in luxury interiors, architecture, interior design, premium building materials, or
- manufacturing is an advantage.
- Candidates from Asian Paints and similar premium brands are welcome.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, confident, target-oriented approach and willingness to work in the field.
- Willingness to travel for work-related meetings and market visits.
