? Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

IED Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for electrical infrastructure, power transmission, power distribution, and EPC projects.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate relevant government and private-sector tender opportunities.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial tender documents.
- Handle online tender submissions through GeM and e-procurement portals.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, engineering, and management teams.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other tender-related documentation.
- Track tender status, bid results, and project award notifications.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of bids.





? Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

- .Experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement is preferred
- .Knowledge of government tenders, GeM, BOQ preparation, and e-procurement portals
- .Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation management
- .Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills
