Role & responsibilities

Assigned stores and collection centres under the Gold Standard Model (GSM) The GSM will drive revenue, customer acquisition and retention, and smooth operations across assigned locations. The role requires active field execution, team supervision, coordination with processing facilities and regular engagement with franchise partners.

Key responsibilities

1. Business Planning & Revenue Growth: Own store-wise and territory sales targets, prepare business plans, and drive revenue, order value, customer acquisition, and repeat business.
2. Lead Conversion & Sales: Ensure timely follow-up on digital leads and pickup requests, improve conversions, and drive cross-selling and up-selling.
3. Customer Retention: Drive repeat orders, reactivate inactive customers, execute seasonal campaigns, and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Local Marketing & Business Development: Execute local promotions, society activations, and corporate/bulk business initiatives to generate revenue.
5. Store & Operations Management: Ensure SOP compliance, accurate billing, order tracking, timely delivery, and coordination with processing and logistics teams.

Customer Service & Quality: Resolve complaints promptly, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
7. Team & Partner Management: Supervise, train, and coach store teams and promoters; coordinate with franchise partners to improve business and operational performance.
8. Reporting & Compliance: Monitor collections, pricing, discounts, and operational controls; maintain accurate reports, review performance gaps, and track corrective actions.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and skills •

1)Graduate in any profession

1. Only working candidates are preferred .

3)Laundry, dry-cleaning or service-sector experience and frontline team supervision will be preferred.
1. Valuable communication, customer handling, team supervision and problem-solving skills.
2. Working knowledge of Excel, CRM systems and business reporting; strong ownership and integrity.
3. Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and work according to business requirements and company policy.
