Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Telecallers for our Business Development team to handle reorder, lost customer, and RNO (Repeat/Non-Ordering) calling activities. The candidate will be responsible for contacting existing customers, encouraging repeat orders, understanding customer concerns, and supporting business growth through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing, inactive, and lost customers.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and reorders.
- Identify reasons for customers not placing orders and work on reactivation.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve basic queries.
- Update call records, customer feedback, and follow-up details.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams.
- Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Target-oriented approach and customer-handling ability.
