Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate loan leads.

- Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements.

- Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for further processing.

- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and lead status in Excel or CRM.

- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Positive communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and English.

- Confident speaking and customer-handling abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.





- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or loans will be preferred. Freshers can also apply.
