Job Summary

Wedding Byte is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Tele SalesExecutive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming inquiries.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve business development.




- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; Punjabi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
