We are looking for an Tele sales Executive for our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, explaining property projects, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company's database and generate qualified leads.
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred property location.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups,
and customer interactions.
- Convert interested prospects into site visits and potential sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
