Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain and promote personal loan products.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass & above.
- Age: 18 – 30 years.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Salary & Benefits:

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.




- Attractive Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹75,000 (performance-based).
