Telesales Caller – Surprise PlannerSurprise Planner is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Caller to join our in-house team in Jaipur!

If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and know how to convert leads into sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and connect with potential clients via phone calls.
- Understand clients' requirements for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, romantic dates, and other special events.
- Explain our services and suggest suitable event packages.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build solid client relationships through professional and timely communication.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required Skills & Qualities
- Basic understanding of event management and celebration planning.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.




- Confidence in handling clients online and over phone calls.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
- Previous telesales or sales experience is preferred.
