- Handle outbound/inbound customer calls for Personal Loan products.
- Explain Personal Loan features, eligibility and perks to customers.
- Generate leads and convert customers through effective telephonic communication.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the loan process.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Candidates comfortable with tele-sales and target-based work can apply.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English; local language proficiency will be an advantage.
