Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses to generate leads.
- Introduce and promote the company's IT services, software solutions, and technology offerings.
- Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing abilities.




- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to handle objections and engage confidently with prospective clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
