Manage the daily work of the telecalling team, drive targets, and improve call quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Assign leads and follow-ups; track attendance, login hours, and discipline.
- Run daily briefings, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Monitor call quality and track KPIs (calls, leads, conversions).
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain lead trackers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and professional handling of complaints.
- Guide the team on Anytime Diesel's services, delivery, and pricing.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to convert leads.
- Improve calling scripts, processes, and follow-up systems.
Required Skills
- Robust team leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing targets and performance metrics.
- Good at customer, objection, and escalation handling.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
