Position- Telecom Team Leader

Industry- BPO/Telecom

Experience- 2 to 4 years in BPO

Employment Type- Full-time

Key Responsibilities-

1. Manage and supervise the MNP Prepaid process team on a day-to-day basis.
2. Ensure achievement of team targets, productivity, and conversion metrics.
3. Handle escalations and resolve customer issues.
4. Track attendance, shrinkage and productivity.
5. Coordinate with QA, training, MIS and Operations team.
6. Motivate team and maintain discipline and positive work environment.

Required skills-

1. Strong knowledge of telecom process.
2. Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Valuable knowledge of MS excel and basic MIS reporting
5.



Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to manage escalations and motivate team.

Eligibility-

1. 2-4 years of BPO experience, with minimum 6 months in a Team Leader role preferred.

Location- 4th floor, Anjani Palladium, next to Prabhavee Tech Park, Baner, Pune-411045 Joining- Immediate joiners preferred
