About the Role
Biz15 is hiring Inside Sales Executives to connect with business owners, introduce our services and generate qualified sales opportunities. Our services include website development, eCommerce, SEO, digital advertising, business listings and email hosting.
This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding business requirements and following up consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential business customers through calls and approved communication channels.
- Explain Biz15’s services clearly and identify suitable opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, identify decision-makers and assess purchase timelines.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the field sales team.
- Respond promptly to incoming enquiries.
- Share approved company profiles, portfolios and service information.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals and pending customer decisions.
- Maintain accurate call notes,
lead status and follow-up dates in the CRM.
- Work towards agreed calling, appointment and sales conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and field executives to move opportunities forward.
Requirements
- Clear and confident Tamil communication; basic working English.
- Good listening, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email and spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Organised approach to follow-ups and record keeping.
- Previous telecalling, customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
- Diploma or graduation preferred.
