Eesha College of Commerce is looking for talented and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Vijayawada. We are seeking candidates with good communication skills and experience in handling calls, following up with leads, and interacting with prospective students.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain college courses, admissions, and related details.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Handle queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily calling reports and student inquiry records.
- Achieve calling and admission-related targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of telecalling or calling experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Motivated, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
