Role Description This is a full-time remote TeleCaller role responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to support business objectives and customer needs. Daily activities include contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, answering questions, and recording accurate call details in the system. The TeleCaller will follow call scripts where needed, manage call lists, and update customer information to ensure data accuracy.

The role also involves resolving basic issues, escalating complex cases to relevant teams,



and meeting call volume and conversion targets. Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues to improve call quality and customer experience is an important part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a explicit and professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls efficiently, including basic objection handling and follow-up.
- Comfort using computer systems and CRM or call management tools, with accurate data entry skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to manage call schedules and meet performance targets.
- Customer-centric mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in communication or sales is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote calling.
