Urgent Hiring – Female Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Salary: 22,000–35,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full time, Work from Office
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Prior experience in outbound calling, telesales or lead generation is compulsory. Freshers will not be considered.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is preferred. Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance or wealth management will be preferred.
- Candidates from Chembur, Thane and nearby locations are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments.
- Explain company services professionally and maintain prospect records.
