Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and assigned leads.

- Understand customer requirements and explain basic home loan products.

- Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers.

- Schedule appointments with Home Loan Specialists.

- Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM.

- Coordinate with the sales team and achieve calling targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in BPO, telecalling, home loan telesales, banking, NBFC, inside sales or customer service.

- Good Hindi and English communication skills.

- Confident telephone etiquette and robust follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented with basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
