About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Karunagappally, Kollam. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients who have inquired about our interior design services. Your primary focus will be connecting with leads, understanding their requirements, pitching our interior solutions, and scheduling site visits or showroom consultations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Outbound Calling: Call fresh and warm leads generated through online campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins to pitch our interior design services.
- Requirement Gathering: Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their scope of work, budget, property type, and execution timelines.
- Consultation Booking: Qualify leads and successfully fix appointments/site visits for the field sales team and interior designers.
- Lead Pipeline Management: Maintain regular, systematic follow-ups with prospective clients, updating lead statuses in the CRM/tracking sheets.
- Relationship Building: Build a polite, confident, and professional rapport with clients,



answering preliminary queries regarding our interior packages and process.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support Representative (prior experience in interior design, real estate, modular kitchens, or high-ticket retail is a strong plus).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam. Fluency in English or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling skills over the phone.
- Organizational Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools) for managing daily call logs and lead updates.
- Location: Based in or willing to commute daily to our office in Karunagappally, Kollam.
