Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to promote and sell our nutraceutical, herbal, and cosmetic products. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining product perks, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers, retailers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.
- Promote nutraceutical supplements, herbal products, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other business opportunities.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding orders and deliveries.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily calling targets, lead generation goals, and monthly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share market information with the management.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, and customer handling.
- Ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up regularly.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telemarketing, telesales, FMCG, nutraceuticals, herbal products, or cosmetics will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English will be an advantage.
