We are looking for Tele Collections Executives to handle overdue payments for personal and business loans.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding pending EMI payments.
- Follow up on overdue loan accounts.
- Discuss repayment options with customers.
- Update customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle payment-related queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Knowledge of English and Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Banking or NBFC experience is preferred.
