Job Summary

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Tele Counselor to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, explain the company's products and services, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service information.
- Explain wellness products, services, packages, and offers to customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM or designated system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Ensure a professional and customer-friendly experience throughout the counseling process.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong convincing, negotiation, and counseling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
- Valuable follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
- Experience: experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or counseling will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and computer applications is an advantage.
