We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Tele-Collection Executive to contact customers regarding pending payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain accurate collection records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Follow up on payment commitments and due dates.
- Explain outstanding balances and available payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and payment updates.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Update customer details and call outcomes in the system.
- Follow company policies and skilled collection practices.

Required Skills:





- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Customer follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work toward collection targets.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
