Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with potential customers, provide information about products or services, and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Explain products, services, offers, and relevant information to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers to encourage conversions.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or callbacks as required.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and update the reporting manager on progress.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages as required.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry.
- Good listening, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.

Compensation Salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and communication skills. Performance-based incentives may be provided depending on the role and company policy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
