Solid Manpower Recruitment Agency (SolidGCC) is expanding its operations in Kerala and looking for energetic, energetic, and target-driven candidates to join our team as Telecallers across our Kochi, Calicut, and Palakkad offices.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for job seekers and clients, bridging the gap between talent and global/domestic recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective candidates, database leads, and job applicants to understand their employment needs and explain current job openings.
- Recruitment Coordination: Screen candidate profiles, assess their suitability for various domestic and international (GCC) job sectors, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate logs of daily calls, candidate responses, and follow-ups in the CRM/database system.
- Client & Candidate Support: Answer queries regarding job descriptions, recruitment processes, documentation, and basic deployment timelines.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, candidate sourcing,



and pipeline generation.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Minimum Plus Two (12th) / Graduation degree in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. (0–2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or recruitment coordination is an added advantage).
- Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
