Key Responsibilities

MES Delivery and Architecture

- Own the Körber PAS-X MES tower (v3.3.x), ensuring platform stability, scalability, and compliance in Azure AKS environments.

- Define and govern MES architecture standards, integration patterns, deployment models, and operational best practices.

- Align MES strategy with manufacturing IT, digital manufacturing roadmaps, ISA-88/ISA-95 standards, and enterprise IT governance.

- Lead end-to-end PAS-X implementations and upgrades, from requirements gathering through configuration, qualification, and final delivery.

- Coordinate application rollouts, service pack installations, and system upgrades.

Operations and Platform Management

- Own MES service delivery operations, ensuring availability, performance, and SLA compliance.

- Govern Level 2 support for PAS-X, Azure, Kubernetes, and MES integrations.

- Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management in accordance with ITIL practices.

- Oversee application lifecycle management, platform upgrades, and OS/application patching across Windows and Linux environments.

- Ensure timely vulnerability remediation and coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and network teams.

- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.

MES Integrations

- Govern integrations between MES and Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems, including SAP ERP, OSI PI, LIMS, and Kepware/OPC.

- Oversee the design, monitoring, and support of DCS adapters, services, and interfaces.

- Troubleshoot cross-system issues involving MES, DCS, ERP, and shop-floor automation.

- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integration reliability and data consistency.

Configuration, Quality, and Compliance

- Govern PAS-X configuration and administration, including users and rights, control data and profiles, terminals, printing, reporting, production units, WMS master data, and system configurations.





- Ensure audit readiness and alignment with validated system requirements.

- Maintain compliance with Computer System Validation (CSV), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, and GAMP requirements.

- Support qualification, documentation, and controlled release activities.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of accountability for PAS-X delivery, operations, quality, and compliance.

- Coordinate with vendors, including Körber and Microsoft, and manage escalations and delivery expectations.

- Collaborate with plant teams, business stakeholders, QA, infrastructure, and enterprise IT leadership.

- Provide technical and functional leadership to MES engineers and support teams.

- Mentor team members on PAS-X functionality, cloud and Kubernetes concepts, validation, and integrations.

- Drive automation, standardization, performance optimization, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end delivery and operational support of Körber PAS-X MES solutions.

- Strong knowledge of PAS-X architecture, configuration, implementation, and upgrades.

- Experience deploying and supporting PAS-X on Microsoft Azure AKS.

- Understanding of Kubernetes, Linux, databases, and application lifecycle management.

- Experience managing MES integrations with SAP ERP, OSI PI, LIMS, and Kepware/OPC or similar systems.

- Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management.

- Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and validated systems.

- Familiarity with CSV, SDLC, 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, and GAMP requirements.

- Robust troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,640,000.00 per year
