We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our ice cream manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery, refrigeration systems, electrical equipment, and utility services. The role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted production through preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ice cream production machines and equipment.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, chillers, cold rooms, compressors, and air conditioning units.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production machinery, control panels, motors, and related equipment.
- Carry out plumbing maintenance, including water lines, valves, pumps, and drainage systems.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly and minimize production downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities.




- Maintain spare parts inventory and report replacement requirements.
- Follow company safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.

Strong knowledge of:
- Refrigeration systems
- Chillers and cold storage equipment
- Air conditioning systems
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Industrial machinery
- Plumbing and utility maintenance
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings is an advantage
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required Salary & Advantages:

- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
