Position Overview

QuEdX™ Private Limited is seeking a skilled and Technical Writer & Editor - Quantum Technologies to develop, write, review, and edit scientific, technical, and educational content for books, textbooks, journals, magazines, research articles, white papers, technical reports, and digital publications.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong writing and editing skills, excellent research capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts accurately and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, write, and edit scientific and technical content for books, textbooks, journals, magazines, and digital publications.
- Research emerging developments in quantum computing, quantum communications, quantum cryptography, quantum sensing, photonic quantum technologies, and related disciplines.
- Review and edit manuscripts for technical accuracy, clarity, grammar, structure, consistency, and readability.
- Prepare research articles, review papers, technical reports, white papers, educational materials, and technical documentation.
- Verify technical information, references, citations, equations, figures, tables, and bibliographic details.
- Collaborate with authors, researchers, scientists, subject-matter experts, and editorial teams.




- Support manuscript preparation, copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and publication workflows.
- Ensure compliance with editorial guidelines, publication ethics, and applicable quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Physics, Quantum Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technical Communication, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written English, grammar, proofreading, and editorial skills.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and communicate scientific and technical information effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in technical writing, scientific editing, academic publishing, or educational content development.
- Familiarity with LaTeX, Overleaf, Microsoft Word, and reference management tools.
- Knowledge of quantum technologies and related scientific and engineering disciplines.
- Understanding of scientific referencing, manuscript preparation, and publication workflows.
- A portfolio of technical articles, research manuscripts, educational materials, or other relevant writing samples.
